KLAS: KLAS is an extremely easy to use Windows or NT based land management system that combines Windows' flexibility with the full power of Oracle™database in addition to a superb GIS interface.; KLAS is designed for companies who have to track and maintain land records, obligations payments, claims, royalties, contractual terms, and leases for the life of a project with a possible need to interface to their corporate accounting system.

COALTS: COALTS is an easy to use menu driven and tab oriented coal tracking and inventory monitoring system. It is designed for use by mining companies, utilities, and coal brokerage houses that have to ship and track coal quality and tonnage according to specific contractual terms.; COALTS not only maintains the current year data, but also all the prior years information, so that previous years reports, contractual terms, adjustments, bonuses, and penalties are available on line for immediate access.
